Next TW Lotto draw on Sat 15 December at 8PM
The draw is in 1 day 22 hours 40 minutes
We use our volunteers’ skills and kit to help the community in emergencies with radio communications, phones and IT systems. We support the emergency services, humanitarian groups, local government, and community groups.
Every year, we also provide safety communications for many community events such as moonlight walks or half marathons, particularly those which raise funds for other charities.
We help train other voluntary groups’ members, and we encourage our members to join those groups, individually. We also help our members to help the community during emergencies in any way they can. For example, during weather emergencies, we work with the County’s emergency planners to deploy members with 4x4 vehicles to transport health staff.
Our members use their own kit, skills and time freely. But we need your help so we can run training courses for new recruits, train other voluntary groups’ members, and maintain equipment to loan to community organisations.
You can read more about us at www.kentraynet.org
We wish you the very best of luck, and we would be very grateful for your support.
Mike Granatt, CB, chair of trustees.
